The Problem
Private staffing
runs on trust.
Proving it is the hard part.
No shared verification.
Agencies check the same candidate from scratch, and the same employers are called again and again.
Fake agencies look real.
Legitimate and fraudulent agencies can be hard to tell apart, and some fake ones exist only to collect CVs and client details.
Private details travel far.
CVs, references and household details pass between agencies and platforms, often without the family knowing.

To whom it may concern,
It is my pleasure to recommend James Whitmore, who served as Head of Household for my family from March 2019 to June 2024.
James managed a team of 22 staff at our Dubai residence and aboard M/Y Aurelia during our summers in Monaco, June to August. He ran our Crestron security system and the security rota with great care, and arranged the children's daily school run to St. Aurelia's. He is discreet, calm under pressure, and I recommend him without reservation.
Yours faithfully,
Edward Marlow
Edward Marlow
Signature & letterhead: copied for forged documents to facilitate the transfer of family assets.
Name, phone & email: an entry point for social engineering attacks targeting the household or family office.
Home or office address: where digital fraud meets physical risk.
Yacht, location & travel months: show where the family is, and when the house is empty.
School & security system: a map for burglary, extortion and kidnapping.
Every agency keeps a copy.
Fake ones use the sensitive details against you.
